Veronica Kimiti is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds an LLB degree from Moi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is currently pursuing her CS certification. She has vast experience in advocate-client matters and legal research. She has acted on behalf of clients and advised on the following areas: Dispute Resolution, Family law, Corporate & Commercial law, and Conveyancing.
Ms. Kimiti was previously attached to the firm of Okulo and Company Advocates where she dealt with a vast number of cases but mostly defence of insurance claims and Material Damage recovery claims on behalf of AIG Limited, ICEA Lion, and Directline Assuarance. She has dealt with a wide array of civil and commercial matters and is highly adept with preparing legal opinions on the same, negotiating for out of court settlements, prosecuting, and defending claims in court. She has represented clients before the Court of Appeal, the High Court, Magistrate’s Court, Sports Tribunal and other specialized tribunals.
